Dr. Boyd visited the 7th grade students at CTE last Friday. He provided opportunities for the students to engage in hands-on chemistry activities.
These activities included building stalagmites with supersaturated solutions, experimenting with water surface tension, and using indicators to identify acids and bases. There were also a couple of explosions! CTE would like to thank Dr. Boyd and Erskine College for making this day possible.
